No, you do not need a broker/agent to purchase a new home. While sales consultants represent Water Creek Homes not customers, they are experts and some are licensed real estate agents in Virginia. They will answer any questions you have throughout the build process. Of course, you are welcome to work with an independent broker/agent. Not all communities offer a broker co-op commission. 

Upgrades are available to floorplans in different communities. Find your community of interest and contact a sales consultant to learn more.
